Shatavari (species Asparagus Racemosus) also known as “Queen of Herbs” has been used successfully since ancient times to nourish and rejuvenate the body. It has powerful effects on the mind as well, with good relaxation and anti depressant properties. 

Shatavari is a blessing for women and helps to strengthen the female reproductive system, even resolving infertility related problems. This herb can be used during all three trimesters of pregnancy. And post delivery, it helps to increase the quality and quantity of milk.
